Nebraska Sexual Assault
Forensic Kit Tracking

This site tracks sexual assault forensic medical examination kits issued by the State of Nebraska. Issuance and tracking of sexual
assault forensic medical examination kits are administered by the Sexual Assault Payment Program administrator within the
Nebraska Department of Justice (Neb. Rev. Stat. §81-1429.03). Information regarding any sexual assault forensic medical
examination kit is provided in accordance with the Sexual Assault Victims' Bill of Rights Act (Neb. Rev. Stat. §29-4308 to §29-4315).

Instructions

Victims of sexual assault have a right to contact the investigating law enforcement agency and be provided with information on the
status of the processing and analysis of the victim's forensic medical examination kit and any other sexual assault forensic evidence,
as defined by Neb. Rev. Stat. §29-4309, if the victim did not report anonymously. For additional resources and support, click the

Authorized health care providers and law enforcement must select the "Login" button below and enter their unique username and
password to manage the status of the sexual assault forensic medical examination kits within their health care facility or under their
agency's jurisdiction.
